Product Description
The 60g woodfree paper label combines a 60g/m² white matt paper face with a 55g/m² white PEK liner, offering a smooth, high-quality surface for printing and reliable performance. The uncoated paper has a thickness of 0.07mm and provides excellent print clarity and durability, while the liner, with a thickness of 0.055mm, ensures smooth unwinding and efficient processing. This material features strong peel adhesion, with an initial adhesion of 1~4N/25mm and a 20-minute peel adhesion of 1~5N/25mm at 180° and 0.8~2.5N/25mm at 90° on steel.

Converting
Suitable for most printing methods and inks. Pre-press ink testing is necessary. Note that the temperature during ink drying should not be higher than 45°C to prevent irreversible curling of the surface material. Can be overprinted, die-cut and discharged at high speed on a rotary press. Due to the thin substrate, it is advisable to use a sharp die. Avoid excessive tension, which may cause the label to overflow.
